Warranty Information

 Granite Pools & Outdoor Living offers a 3-year warranty on all hardscape & stonework. We follow all ICPI & NCMA industry standards, and best practices to ensure a permanent installation. Deterioration, shifting, lifting, or failure due to installer error is covered. Granite Pools & Outdoor Living does not cover natural deterioration of projects due to age, weather, or natural disasters. Depending upon the material selected the product warranty may vary. Granite Pools & Outdoor Living reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due.

Granite Pools & Outdoor Living offers a 90 Day warranty on all plant material - trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. All plant material must be maintained following plant health guidelines given to the Client post-installation. You may also elect to have our team perform maintenance on the installed plants post-installation. We reserve the right to deny warranties if proper care has not been given to installed plant material. Granite Pools & Outdoor Living reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due.

Due to difficult varying conditions Granite Pools & Outdoor Living does not warranty sod or grass installations. Granite Pools & Outdoor Living only installs sod if irrigation is present in the installed area, or if temporary irrigation is set-up. 

Granite Pools & Outdoor Living offers a 3-year warranty on all pool & spa installation. This includes improper installation of the pool, based on manufacturer guidelines, plumbing of water lines supplying the pool, heating & pool equipment, and gas lines. Rips & tears in Liner pools are not covered post-installation. Replacement of liners due to age & wear are not covered. Depending upon the product selected the product warranty may vary. Pool coping is considered hardscape and is covered under our hardscape & stonework warranty. Granite Pools & Outdoor Living reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due.

Granite Pools & Outdoor Living offers a 3-year warranty on all outdoor structures, outdoor structures described as decks, fences, cabanas, and outdoor carpentry. Depending upon the material selected the product warranty may vary. Granite Pools & Outdoor Living reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due.

Granite Pools & Outdoor Living offers a 3-year warranty on all artificial turf installation. Depending upon the material selected the product warranty may vary. Aging, natural deterioration, and wear is not covered. Granite Pools & Outdoor Living reserves the right to perform warranty work at our own discretion. Warranty work will not be performed if there is an outstanding balance due.
